We are happy to announce a new initiative with the name ‘The Timeline initiative‘. As the name suggests, it will provide you up-to-date information on a topic in one place.

UPSC aspirants have to go over a huge amount of Current Affair material on a daily basis. Moreover, they’re expected to retain this information for a long period of time.

Further, some specific topics develop over a span of days and months. For instance: Russia-Ukraine crisis. There have been a ton of newspaper articles on this topic in the past few months.

SO, WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO COVER THESE TYPES OF TOPICS WRT. UPSC MAINS EXAMINATION?

Let’s assume we have 10 newspaper articles on the Russia-Ukraine crisis to date.

The most efficient way to cover this topic would be to gather all the articles in one place, extract relevant points from them, and then place these points under relevant headings. Take a look at the screenshot below, where we have done exactly that.

Russia-Ukraine crisis

The information, extracted from all the articles on the Russia-Ukraine crisis since January 2022, is properly categorized under various heads in an exam-oriented manner.

You don’t have to waste your time gathering useful information from all the articles.

It’s already done for you!!

Inside this new initiative, you’ll discover highly relevant and complete information on Current Affairs topics, extracted from newspaper articles (The Hindu, Indian Express, Business Standard, Live mint, DTE, Times of India), at one place.

Information on the topics covered under this initiative will be updated as and when any relevant article related to that particular topic appears in the newspaper.
