The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has released the Fifth edition of the LEADS annual exercise.
What is LEADS ranking ?

What is it? | 1) Its an annual ranking exercise providing insights into improvement of logistics performance at State/UT level. 2) It was inspired by the Logistics Performance Index of the World Bank and has undergone continuous development since its inception. 3) Unlike the LPI, which relies solely on perception-based surveys, LEADS incorporates both subjective and objective measures. |
