  • Objective: The project aims to digitize and modernize Israel’s public sector infrastructure by shifting government data, processing systems, and applications to commercial cloud platforms.
  • Key Features:
    • Duration: The contract was planned for an initial seven-year period, with a possible extension of up to 23 years.
    • Cloud Services for Government: The agreement provides cloud services to Israeli ministries, authorities, and government-owned companies.
    • Advanced Technology Support: The project offers data storage, high-compute machine learning tools, and Artificial Intelligence services.
    • Primary Cloud Provider: AWS (Amazon Web Services)was selected as the primary cloud provider for government ministries and related entities.
