  1. What do you write in your diary
  2. When have you started writing diary.
  3. Earlier what was your hobby.
  4. There is a famous book by a diarist, do you know about it (I told about Anne Frank’s book of world war 2 time)
  5. After world war 2, there has been no such war but in recent times some war situations in the world. Can you list it out.
  6. What is the situation in Israel-Hamas conflict and impact on India.
  7. What is India’s stand in it?
  8. Which countries have suspended aid to Palestine and why
  9. Tell about houthi attacks and its impact on India.

  1. What are the limitations of NEP 2020?
  2. Comparison of impact of cyclones and storms in Puerto Rico and Haiti and mangroves situation there.
  3. Tell about tropical rainforests.
  4. Discussion on the divisions of latitudes (Tropics, sub-tropics and temperates)
  5. What type of camera and lens you use for photography
  6. Does it have good picture quality. What kind of photos do you take, do you travel to different places for it

  1. Who was Rani durgavati (some discussion on it)
  2. Naxal situation in Balaghat, MP- its origin and what is the situation now
  3. What is the state animal of MP. Where is it found in MP
  4. Which special kind of species is found in Kanha National park
  5. USA has been interfering in different scenarios like attacking on Iran, its stand in Israel. What is the reason for it
  6. US actions on attacks on India’s human rights situation (USTR report) despite having good relations economically. what could be the reason for it. what can be done?
  7. India has increased its oil import from Russia after the war with Ukraine which has attracted criticisms that India is funding the war. What is your take on this.

Member 4

  1. What will you do if you see your subordinates coming late to the office every day (discipline related)
  2. Work from home- what is your stand should it be allowed in government offices (some follow up questions)
  3. Monsoon prediction in India and its drawbacks. What is the solution.

Overall experience was good and the board was very cordial. It was more like a discussion rather than just an interview.

Time was approx 25 to 30 min

Mocks: vajiram and ravi, next ias, ed sarrthi were good, vajirao and reddy was okay, ksg(not much effective).

One to one: Ravindran sir (vajiram) Daf discussion and strategy session by Utkarsh sir were useful.

Mocks give you confidence to speak infront of the board, give it only for practice. Take only those suggestions that are genuine.
