” I went to Kota, and got a bad rank in JEE. I studied at NIT and worked in Power Grid Corporation. The first attempt was very unprepared one and could not clear Mains. Next year I knew that I was not going to clear Mains, so I moved to Delhi to join  MGP  and took Classes at ForumIAS Academy. Classes helped me improve my content and faculty such as Dipin Sir in particular helped me enrich my content. My GS Marks improved and marks are not out, but I hope that I must have improved my marks as I have secured Rank 13.

One thing I wanted to share with aspirants is that in my first mains I was short by at least 50 marks. At that moment based on my assessment I decided that if I am missing cut off for interview by fifty marks, it means that to get a good rank I need to work on each and ever subject. The best way to do is to compare your marks with Toppers so that you can know how much marks can be achieved.

In answer writing a lot of people have advised that complete the paper. But I realised that now completing the paper is not enough, you have to give each question equal time and effort.”
