  2. Aadhaar lacks statutory back up and is also running on an executive order, which has also raised questions—- i think it is not correct what is Adhar act 2016

    1. Exactly what I was thinking too. Please clarify ForumIAS. My guess is that they took the part from an earlier analysis as the article here does not mention this too.

  3. For the sake of exam we have to write that say Aadhaar has numerous benefits, but in reality it’s a dystopian nightmare where citizens live at the mercy of state. It can and will be used to harass people, force them out of the financial system and strip them of their identity. Perhaps we will another 1975 to realise what a demon is this Aadhaar.

  5. Very nice comprehensive analysis………Please increase the FONT SIZE of the MAIN TITLE(Hyperlink) and make it BOLD, would be useful to differentiate b/w the articles…..
