SC makes proof of demand necessary to give a verdict on corruption cases.

What I didn’t understand is what could be the much proof when someone is caught red handed while taking bribe? I’m not questioning against SC ruling. I really didn’t understand?

May be audio recording…..

One can easily say taht the monetary exchange was not a bribe but personal exchange.

Assume you are the officer and I owe yo 5000 rs/-. Now i turn up to your office to pay you back your money . But somebody films the transaction and label it as ” officer taking bribe”..

It is difficult to dgest this jdgement and it seems that SC assumes that most officers carry out such transaction with bona fide intention…..But SC is SC …you have to gulp its verdict 🙂

And I don’t believe that there could be talks between India and Pakistan without involving Kashmir’s issue, come how hard India tries.
