In the Gorkhaland article could you explain certain points:
1) Resource Extraction: the major source of revenue for Gorkhaland is through Tourism and Tea Estates. The revenue through Tea Estates has been decreasing because of global competition. So what resources extraction is the article talking about.

2) Political suppression: It has a Gorkhaland territorial administration (GTA) that gets funds which is unutilized. So where is the political suppression as far as the local administration is involved.

Could you please elaborate so that I could hone my opinion.
